Troy brings over 25 years of PEO and insurance experience to the Stonehenge family. He started his PEO Sales career in 1994 as an individual contributor for Staff Leasing / Gevity (Ultimately became Trinet). In his sixteen-year career at TriNet, Troy was an integral part of driving the company from a small privately owned PEO to the largest publicly traded PEO in the country. In this time, Troy held various management and senior leadership positions. Due to his strong work ethic, strong conviction in the PEO value proposition and client-first philosophy, Troy was ultimately tasked with leading over 190 internal field colleagues and growing, managing and driving profitability for Trinet. In the time Troy held Senior leadership positions at Trinet, the organization experienced consistent high percentage growth in both WSE count and profitability. In 2010, Troy decided to transition to his next venture. Troy went on to hold leadership positions for two other national PEO’s where he experienced similar results by building sales teams, growing and exceeding production expectations.
Troy’s knowledge in Field operations, Sales, Service, Risk Management, Workers’ Compensation, Medical Insurance, Marketing, Product Development and other PEO specific disciplines adds value and diversity to the Stonehenge team. Moreover, Troy continues to drive a sales-centric educational approach for our trusted PEO partners.
