Jeffrey Rendel

Jeff is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Accountancy. He worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for over ten years in various premium audit and accounting positions. Jeff then became the Director of Risk Services for Staff Leasing in Bradenton, Florida, the largest Professional Employer Organization in the country. These positions facilitated his ability to successfully manage corporate workers’ compensation programs in excess of $150 million in premium. He has extensive experience in risk assessment, workers’ compensation classification, risk services, and overall management of insurance professionals.

Jeff is also active in the legislative process and was instrumental in the passage of PEO friendly language in many states. He is a recognized speaker and professor for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations University Program and is the current Dean of Workers’ Compensation Curriculum. Jeff has served on the board of both the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and Georgia Association of Professional Employer Organizations.

His responsibilities include carrier relationships, expansion of horizontal growth in the bussing and association venues, niche market opportunities, strategic direction, and agency management.
